ISO Lead Auditor cum Consultant

Responsibilities:

• As a Management Consultant by setting up, training and lead the Client’s company to achieve various management system such as [ISO 9001, ISOTS 16949, ISO 14001, OSHA 18001, ISO 13485, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, ISO 17025, etc.] whichever applicable.
• Or a Business Consultant responsible to assist client’s organisation to save cost, reduce waste, increase productivity to meet end result in the shortest time.
• Develop documentation and implementation of procedures effectively with least supervision.
• To train clients on training subjects assigned by the company.
• Ensure the implementation of the Management System is in line with client’s company’s Policy and Objectives on time.
• Periodic review and reporting to management on the progress of Management System development and implementation and to recommend for improvements to the system as and when necessary. This is applicable to project and maintenance of such systems.
• To ensure the promotion on awareness of customer requirements are practiced throughout the company with bottom line (profit) achieved.
• To lead/coordinate a team of Internal Auditors in conducting Internal Audits accordingly.
• To monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken and resolve all issues that concern the success of the project / implementation.
• To liaise and resolve all issues with external parties including client’s top management to the low level management on matters relating to the company’s Management System

Requirements:

• Degree / Master in any Engineering, Science or any related discipline.
• Candidate with Certificate in Lead Assessor Training will have an added advantage. [IRCA, IEMA, ISO/TS 16949]
• Well versed in ISO 22000, HACCP and ISO 17025 will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years experience in developing, implementing and managing Quality Environmental Management System or Food Safety.
• Independent with least / no supervision
• Good knowledge in Total Quality Management (TQM) /GMP, GLP, HACCP and Environment System)
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Proactive and possess strong leadership quality
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Computer literate
• Willing to travel (sites within Klang Valley and outstation)
• This position is to be based at our new office in Selangor.
