7. (Malaysia) Applying for GRANTS in Malaysia to do ISO 9001

Yes, no more RM250,000 Grants for qualified SME to do ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc. No more!
BUT there is still Grants using Approved Expert to help to do ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and others. Yes, special grants! What is so Special?
* Phase 1 - FREE / FOC (Percuma).
* Phase 2 - FREE / FOC (Percuma).
* Phase 3 - Pay 50%, the other 50% paid by the Malaysian Government agency.
1. Terengganu company applying now (ISO 9001). The MD said go ahead.
2. Kluang factory applying now (ISO/TS 16949). The Person-in-charge said go ahead.
3. Shah Alam factory applying now (ISO 9001). The MD said go ahead.
4. Others have been informed: first-come-first served basis.
4.1 Seremban M&E company - no decison as yet on ISO 9001.
4.2 PJ IT company - no news from them on ISO 9001.
4.3 Kemaman factory - no news on ISO 9001:2008 upgrade.
All will take at least 4 weeks to be processed. So, early submission of documents is very crucial.
