The initial enquiry was for HACCP or ISO 22000 for their Food Outlets. So, to proceed further, the Consultant must do a presentation to their Management Team on HACCP and ISO 22000 in this coming June 2010.
A consultant has been short-listed for the presentation but may require a replacement consultant due to timing and project allocation issues.
