Dear friends,

I've been thinking that .... is helpful for networking when you need a job, but since I'm doing fine where I'm at why don't I pay it forward instead.

So here's the deal, I'm not a professional headhunter but I do keep an eye out for jobs that would fit friends well and have helped a few find some nice jobs. I'm not looking for anything in return... it's just good to help a friend. I visit more than a few dozen client companies each year and speak with at least four or five new cleints each month whom I don't even meet... but they seem to trust me anyway. (go figure) Some are Fortune 500, others mom & pop.

Dear Sir,

My name is MR, and I work with .... Inc. We have a saved copy of your CV and contact information on file here at Headquarters. As you may know we manage Audit programs for customers in many different industries. Currently, we have an opportunity available that you may be interested in.

This project is in support of another large Audit program. However, this position is not actually going to suppliers and auditing. This position is of a .... Manager, or “chaser”. This person would be responsible for following up with Suppliers on any NCR's generated during our audit program. You would need to e-mail and call Suppliers when necessary to ensure that they respond to their open NCR Actions.

This position is part-time and requires approximately 5-20 hours per week until the end of 2010. Also, you will be working directly with our Headquarters Personnel. Therefore, the position requires good English communication skills, and good organizational skills. This position also requires a knowledge of NCR Process. Knowledge of GMP requirements is a plus.
