Dear All

Thank you for your attendance at the meeting yesterday.

Below is a summary of the points raised:

1. Each company may conduct mulitple sharing sessions of different formats during the time slot for concurrent sessions.
2. The computer lab is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
3. Each company shall register to participate on its own and not partner another company. The nominal registration fee is S$200 to be made via cheque to ................ The amount is to help defray costs incurred by the ..........
4. For items to go into the conference bag (A3 size), it should reach .......... no later than 12 Nov 2010 (Fri).

Should your company wish to bring in your own exhibition stands, please include details in the synopsis for Display in the registration form. It would be helpful if visuals are attached separately. We will inform if the company may go ahead after the closing date.
